Zorin is a specialist lender in the real estate sector. Being a newer product in a competitive market, Zorin wanted to showcase its rapid progress. The new brand was not yet relatable or trusted in the crowded marketplace. The only ‘branding’ in place at the time was a logo created in Word. My challenge was to help the brand come across clearly, be more visible, and be easy for a broad demographic to engage with.

In order to move forwards you sometimes need to take a step back. Without sufficient branding or general ToV in place we would be moving forward blindly. This approach is always less time-efficient and detrimental to the brand. Competitive research was the obvious starting point in setting the benchmark for our content, SEO, social media engagement and to define areas of improvement.
The strategy was to create a phased solution that could run across staggered back-to-back timelines. This helped to rapidly produce work across teams and products without over stretching internal resources.
The team has been able to update and use the templates to help grow their business.
